Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday that new U.S. missile defense plan poses less risks to Russia than the previous one, Russian news agencies reported.
"The new plan proposed by the Obama administration, replacing the third missile launch site, creates good conditions for a dialogue, and by our initial estimates, does not pose those risks posed by the third missile launch site," Lavrov told a press conference in Kharkiv, Xinhua reported.
