A science teacher from Kyrgyzstan was held at the Yekaterinburg (Russia) train station while carrying 3 kilograms of pure heroin through the border, the Russian media reported.
The woman reportedly carried drugs in banana boxes, where 24 small packages with drugs were glued to the sides of the boxes. The interrogating officers learnt that the teacher was promised $3,000 for mulling the drugs, news agency "24.kg" reported.
The investigation goes on. At the time the currier may face charges from 8 to 20 years of imprisonment and a major fine.
