Slovakia collected a second straight Euro 2012 qualifying win with a 1-0 upset victory over Russia in Moscow Tuesday, dpa reported.
Miroslav Stoch was the matchwinner in the 27th minute to give Slovakia a maximum six points from two games in Group B following Friday's 1-0 defeat of Macedonia.
Russia, under new coach Dick Advocaat, had begun their qualifying campaign with a 2-0 win in Andorra on Friday.
Macedonia were playing Armenia, while Ireland entertain Andorra in other Group B matches later in the day. A total of 23 qualifying matches were scheduled Tuesday.
