Armenia's former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Armen Movsisyan has been appointed advisor to the country's president, ARKA news agency reported citing the Armenian presidency.

The corresponding decree was signed by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on May 7.

Ishkhan Zakarian, who previously headed the State Committee of Real Estate Cadaster, has been appointed the country's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.
