President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved a draft agreement between the government of the Republic of Belarus and the government of the Republic of Armenia on the mutual protection of secret information as a basis for further talks.

The head of state signed the corresponding decree on August 6, BelTA reported citing Belarusian presidency.

The State Security Committee has been authorized to hold the negotiations on the draft agreement and sign the document.
