On Dec.19, two unknown men beat civic activist Vaginak Shushanyan in the center of Yerevan, Armenia Report news agency said.
It is reported that the activist wrote about it on his page in Facebook social network, posting a photo revealing injury in the lips area.
"Police lieutenant colonel said he would cut off the ears of whoever swore at his president," said Vaginak Shushanyan during the protest, which took place last week in front of the Armenian government. "Let him come and stand here, I will curse both him and his president and we'll see whether he can cut off my ears."
