The Tbilisi Court of Appeal refused to reconsider the case of Telasi company general manager Niki Lominadze's murder despite new facts emerging.

Giorgi Gvichiani and Niki Chemiya have been accused.

It was revealed that psychological pressure was exerted on witness Giorgi Papachashvili to testify. The public prosecution deliberately hid the expert results. The accused person's innocence would be proved in this case, the court told Trend on Wednesday.

The Tbilisi Court of Appeal dismissed the request, explaining that the defence did not provide convincing evidence of exerting psychological pressure on witness Papachashvili.

Lominadze's colleague Giorgi Gvichiani ordered his murder.
