President of the European Liberal-Democratic Alliance Winston Graham believes that progress in Vilnius can be achieved only if the cooperation will be successful. He said this at a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Maya Panjikidze.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the Minister met with MEPs in Brussels. The meeting was attended by about 25 delegates from different European factions.

European politicians have taken an interest in the process of Georgia. Panjikidze gave them detailed information about the current situation on the ongoing activities of the new government, the planned and ongoing reforms. They also discussed issues connected with the Vilnius summit and European integration.

"The meeting was attended by about 25 delegates. They stressed that they are the friends of Georgia, and not a political party or the government. They care about the fate of Georgia, and Georgia's integration into the European Union. Many have expressed their opinions. In the end, they are very positive about the ongoing processes in Georgia and pledged to assist in this process, which need to be finalized before the Vilnius summit "- said she after meeting.
