Caucasian Metal terminal opened in Poti.
Construction of the terminal was carried out on investment by the Swiss Industrial Minerals Company, Georgian Ministry of Economy told Trend on Saturday.
The investments have exceeded eight million dollars.
There are 100 employees working at the terminal.
As the Georgian Deputy Minister of Economy Keti Bochroishvili who participated at the opening, said to the journalists, the construction of such terminals contributes to the development of Georgia's economy and to implementation of goals, which include Georgia's transformation into an economic hub.
The terminal is equipped with modern technologies and laboratories.
