Radar speed guns for recording speeding will be installed on all roads of Georgia in order to improve road safety, according to Georgian Interior Ministry's strategy for 2014.

Presentation of the strategy took place on Thursday.

The so-called 'black spots' signs will be installed on road sections having high risk level, according to the document. The 'black spots' are special road signs placed at road sections with high accident risk.

Special attention will also be paid to control of compliance with rules of operation of freight and passenger vehicles.

Aside from that the Interior Ministry will take part in installation of road signs and labelling of sites.

Interior Ministry will also conduct an information campaign for increasing public awareness about the importance of road safety, with particular attention being paid to the awareness of school students, according to the document.
