Latvia fully supports Georgia's European integration and has offered its assistance,
Chairman of the Latvian Saeima Solvita Aboltinja said whilst visiting Tbilisi on March 31.
"We understand that Georgia may face many challenges and difficulties on the way, but Latvia is ready to provide any assistance to Georgia," she said.
Aboltinja will meet with Georgian President George Margvelashvili, Speaker David Usupashvili, Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze and Prime Minister Irakli Garibashviliduring the visit.
Furthermore, the chairman of the Seima will give a welcoming speech to members of a 'round table' in the framework of the meeting of the committee chairmen of the Foreign Relations Legislative bodies of the North Baltic countries.
