The Turkish Coast Guard cutter entered the port of Batumi on Monday. The management of the Georgian Border Police department has already met with a delegation from the cutter.
Georgian and Turkish border guards will conduct joint exercises for four days, visit an operational control center at the Poti base of the Coast Guard, as well as inspect the floating craft and ship repair facility, the Georgian border police told Trend.
The Turkish cutter will leave the marine area of Georgia on August 7.
