Georgian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Ukleba recommends Georgian citizens to leave the Eastern Ukraine.

There are still Georgian citizens in the Donetsk and Slavonic districts, according to the embassy's statement.

"According to information, many Georgian citizens sent their families - women and children back home," he said. "Unfortunately, there are still our citizens who are engaged in business. We understand this. But when a person's life is in danger, it is necessary to leave the danger zone."

The confrontation between the center and some regions requiring separation has been observed in Ukraine for several months.
