The sides discussed the Georgian-U.S military cooperation, the Georgian defense ministry said.

McHugh emphasized the importance of the Georgian-U.S partnership and expressed willingness to strengthen the bilateral cooperation.

They also went over the close relations between the armed forces of Georgia and the U.S Army in Europe. The importance of staff training for Georgian officers and sergeants was emphasized.
