Tbilisi, Georgia, Dec.22

Russia's Transaero Airlines JSC accuses Georgian Civil Aviation Agency of breaching the agreement between Russia and Georgia, the company said on Dec.22.
"By refusing to carry out flights on Tbilisi-Moscow route, Georgian aviation authorities have grossly violated the agreement reached between the two countries," said the company.
Transaero Airlines said that under the agreement, all the restrictions on the number of flights should be abolished.
The flights were to start on Dec.21. Although the company started to sell tickets, Georgian aviation authorities didn't permit to carry out the flights. Therefore, the company will have to return the money for the tickets to the passengers.
