A total of 16 Iraqis were wounded in multiple mortar shell attacks in the vicinity of Kadhimiya city of northern Baghdad, a police source told Xinhua.
According to the police source in the Iraqi Interior Ministry, 16 Iraqis were wounded by mortar shells at areas of Kadhimiya city and Tunis neighborhood, located in northern part of the Iraqi capital Baghdad. The source added that shells also resulted in damaging a number of houses and buildings.
