Barcelona face a tough task after being pitted against Arsenal in a repeat of last season's quarter-finals won by the Spanish side, while Premier League champions Chelsea will be delighted with the challenge of Danish side FC Copenhagen.
Real Madrid face Lyon, the team that eliminated them at the first knockout stage last season, while Tottenham Hotspur are up against Serie A leaders AC Milan and Manchester United take on Marseille.
AS Roma face Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine and Valencia play German side Schalke 04 in the other ties.
The matches are scheduled for February 15/16 and 22/23, 2011, and March 8/9 and 15/16, 2011.
