Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko said that on Feb. 10 militias fired at the central military operations headquarters in the city of Kramatorsk, as well as the nearby residential areas using the Tornado multiple launch rocket system, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported.
He said there are killed and wounded as a result of the strike.
Poroshenko said that Sarmat, the main anti-terrorist operations headquarters of Ukraine, was struck from the Tornado multiple launch rocket system.
"The strike hit the headquarters, but the second volley hit the residential quarters in Kramatorsk," said Poroshenko, speaking in parliament on Feb. 10.
