French President Francois Hollande believes that the agreement reached in Minsk, Belarus became a relief for Europe, the Interfax agency reported citing France 24.
Reportedly, Hollande called the agreement "a relief for Europe and a hope for Ukraine."
French president confirmed that in Minsk, the parties managed to develop a "global" agreement on a number of contentious issues.
