The death toll as a result of the collapse of the military barrack in Russia's Omsk region has reached 13 people, Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson Major General Igor Konashenkov told RIA Novosti July 13.
He said that as of 7:30 am (Omsk time, UTC/GMT + 6 hours) 32 soldiers have been removed from the rubble, 13 of them were dead, while 19 soldiers have been taken to hospitals.
The rescuers continue searching for 10 servicemen, according to the spokesperson.
A section of the four-story barracks of the Airborne Troops training center in the Omsk region in Siberia collapsed on July 12. There were 337 servicemen inside, and 38 found themselves under the debris.
