07:22 (GMT+4) Almost two dozen people were killed when a cooling tower at an electric power station construction site in China collapsed, Sputnik International reported.
The collapse occurred in the city of Fengcheng, in the southeastern Chinese province of Jiangxi at around 7 a. m. local time on Thursday, the Fengcheng safety supervision bureau said.
At least 22 people were killed and two others were injured. Firefighters and health and rescue workers have arrived at the scene.
