The Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) has announced the new tariffs for getting license for sale and distribution of oil products and gas in the country, a message posted on the EPDK's website said on Jan. 9.

The Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) has announced the new tariffs for getting license for sale and distribution of oil products and gas in the country, a message posted on the EPDK's website said on Jan. 9.

Moreover, the new tariffs for extension of licenses have also been announced, according to the message of EPDK.

In accordance with the new tariffs, the cost for permission to import gas is 123,260 lira per year and for distribution and sale of gas - 925,000 lira.

The cost of a license for the import of liquefied gas is 44,900 lira, according to EPDK.

The cost for permission for storing liquefied gas is 246,500 lira and for its wholesale - 61,630 lira.

According to the new tariffs, the extension of a license will cost 2,500 lira.

The official exchange rate on Jan.9 is 2.1757 TRY/USD.
