An earthquake measuring 3.8 on Richter scale, hit the city of Istambul, Hurriyet newspaper reported.
The paper says, that the earthquake occurred in depth of 12 kilometers underground. It was felt in nearby regions. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties or damage.
