Baku, Azerbaijan, March 2

The earthquakes measuring 4 and 3.5 on the Richter scale occurred in the provinces of Mersin and Adana in southern Turkey, Anadolu agency reported on March 2. The tremors measuring 4.1 were also recorded in the Black Sea.

The earthquake occurred at 06:25 local time in Mersin and at 06:29 local time in Adana, according to the Kandilli Observatory of Bogazici University and the Earthquake Research Institute.

There are no victims and destructions, according to the preliminary data.
