Another mass brawl has occurred among students of Turkey's Istanbul University, Milliyet newspaper reported on Oct.24.
The newspaper said some 17 students of the university were detained over the brawl which occurred after some Islamist students started shouting religious slogans, according to the preliminary data.
This is the second time a brawl has started in the Istanbul university.
Previously, over 26 students of the university were detained by the Istanbul police over the brawl which occurred on Oct.13 for unknown reasons.
