The observers from Azerbaijan will participate in the "Nusret-2014" international naval exercises in Turkey, the Turkish newspaper Denizhaber wrote Nov. 20.
The exercises will be held by the country's navy and NATO member-states from December 21-30, 2014.
Besides Azerbaijan, the representatives of 17 countries will observe the course of the exercises.
