Some 618 people have been evacuated in Turkey's Edirne province due to floods, Anadolu agency reported on Feb.4.

The rivers in the province overflowed as a result of the heavy rains, according to early reports.

The evacuation of residents is going on in several districts.

Bad weather has been continuing in Turkey for several days.

It was earlier reported that three people died, 110 more were injured, 100 cars, as well as 300 houses were damaged as a result of the hurricane wind in the country's Bursa province.

Moreover, trees and power line poles were knocked down in the outskirts of Istanbul, Bursa and Yalova. Aside from that sea voyages were cancelled in Istanbul, due to strong wind and snowfall.
