Turkish ex-President Abdullah Gul has founded the Democracy Foundation, Vatan newspaper reported Feb. 27.
One of the purposes of the foundation is to conduct the workshops and other events for the development of democracy in the country.
The Abdullah Gul Democracy Foundation also united a number of former senior civil servants and MPs of Turkey.
