Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov will meet Dec.3 to settle the crisis between the two countries, TRT Haber TV channel reported.

The meeting will be held as part of the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council that has kicked off in Belgrade, Serbia.

Relations between Russia and Turkey have deteriorated after Turkish Air Force jets shot down the Russian SU-24 bomber when it entered Turkish airspace Nov. 24.

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said earlier Dec.3 that the anti-Turkish statements made by Russian authorities are similar to the spirit of former USSR.

Turkey hoped that Russia has got rid of the USSR's propaganda rhetoric, but facts show quite the opposite, he added.

No one believes in the anti-Turkish propaganda but Russian authorities, said the prime minister.
