Turkey expects global oil prices to rise up to a level of $60-70 per barrel, the Anadolu Agency quoted Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Berat Albayrak as saying Oct. 27.
The minister said that low oil prices have a very positive impact on the Turkish economy, as the country covers 95 percent of its oil demand thanks to the exports.
