Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S. Ilhamgizi / The Head of the Baku City Executive Power, Hajibala Abutalubov, said that the repair works in Martyr's Avenue in Baku will be completed by 1 November.
According to him, the entry to the Martyr's Avenue will be prohibited until then. In addition, a ban has been imposed on the videotaping of the reconstruction work. Abutalubov said that the repair work is held within the entire Avenue.
Opening Martyr's Avenue will take place on 1 November. Abutalubov did not provide details. "You will see everything on 1 November," he said.
