Aliyeva/ The administration of the Astara region in Azerbaijan has constructed a new bloc of flats for the veterans of Karabakh and Afghanistan wars, the families of war victims, as well as Chernobyl invalids, on the eve of the 85th anniversary of all-nation Azerbaijani leader Heydar Aliyev.
The four-storey building consists of 32 flats (2-room and 3-room) - with the total area of 2,200 sq m. The flats were constructed through the State Regional Development Program and cost AZN 1.53mln. The apartments have permanent drinking water supply and centralized heating system. There is a playground in the yard as well.
