Azerbaijan, Zagatala, Dec. 20 / Trend , S.Fataliyev/ Gas supply to Zagatala district ( 450 km of Baku) in north-western Azerbaijan was suspended.
The reason for the suspension of gas supply to the region was an explosion that occurred at the regulatory station of the Gas Exploitation Administration on Dec. 20 at around nine in the morning. No casualties were reported. The reason for the explosion is not yet known. Investigation is underway.
Arrangements are being carried out to eliminate the effects of the accident. It is not yet known when the repairs will be completed and gas supply will be restored.
