Ukraina, Kiev, February 26 / Trend corr. D.Babesyuk/
The NATO did not ask yet on transportation of the cargoes through territory of Georgia, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia Grigol Vashadze which have taken part in opening of GUAM Office told Trend on Thursday in Kiev.
"There was no such official reference. When it happens, then we will consider", - Vashadze told.
Georgia began to be considered by the NATO countries as one of possible transit points for non-military cargoes because of a number of problems in the transportation arisen last month on the Pakistani-Afghani border.
Thus he has underlined that, considering that Georgia wishes to become the full member of the NATO in a case if such request will be, "we favourably it will consider that".
