This is the first such event held in the former Soviet Union since 1989. The Azerbaijan Mountaineering Federation actively supports the development of rock climbing on natural terrain and participated in all the iconic events of 2010 held in the rock climbing class.
Our athletes competed with the representatives of the Russian strong federations of - Irkutsk Oblast and Krasnoyarsk Krai. "We are glad that we could show good results, despite the high competition.
