The Baku Telephone Communication production association of the Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technologies Ministry started implementing the plan to prepare for
Eurovision-2012 song contest which will be held in Baku in 2012, the ministry said on Friday.
"The main goal is to improve both the urban and regional telecommunication infrastructure that provides the establishment of alternative communication," the statement said.
