IntraNS company will introduce service of online-registration of national domain .az from early 2012, company's director general Faig Farmanov told Trend on Tuesday.
At present, work is underway in this direction and it is expected that this service will be available in early 2012, Farmanov said.
Users will be able to make orders and pay domain's cost through registrar's website.
The cost of registration of domain .az is equal to 20 manat. Annual technical maintenance costs the same amount.
National zone. az officially began to operate on Aug. 25, 1993.
So far more than 13,000 Internet resources have been registered on the national domain zone .az
