The Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry's tender to purchase special software to use intellectual analysis methods based on a high speed analytical platform, is announced as being invalid, the tender commission said on Friday.
The reason was lack of correspondence of tender participants' proposals with the ministry's requirements.
The Ministry plans to buy software in order to achieve a high performance in the areas of analytics, audit, and forecasting.
