The Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) functioning under the State Agency for Special Communications and Information Security of the Special State Protection Service of Azerbaijan has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Japanese Cyber Defence Institute, CERT stated on Tuesday.
According to the statement, the cooperation involves mutual exchange of scientific and technical expertise to combat computer incidents.
Cyber Defence specializing in the field of computer security is assessing vulnerability and analysis of attacks on Web-resources, provides training on computer security for public and private entities, conducts software and technical expertise, provides advice on safety, etc.
