Bakcell, the first mobile operator and the leading mobile internet provider of Azerbaijan, changes the activation and services fees for mobile signature service (Asan İmza), a message from the company said on May 20.
The companymakes the changes in accordance with the recommendation of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Taxes.
As a result, the prices for certificate for all segments have been reduced for several times. From now on the certificate will cost only 18 manats for individuals, government institutions and legal entities who performs business
The monthly subscription fee will be 0.50 manats for all three categories of users.

Mobile signature implemented in collaboration with the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the country's Ministry of Taxes, the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies and the mobile signature service operator. BEST Solutions is a service for authentication through digital signature for officials of state bodies and organizations, representatives of legal entities and individuals by means of the SIM card of a mobile device.
The service can be activated on the customer's existing number or a new SIM card. In order to activate the mobile signature service on an existing number, the customer requires a duplicate SIM. Any customer, who wants to benefit from this service on a new number, should apply to any Bakcell Customer Care Centre and a new SIM card will be provided.
Individuals, legal entities and government bodies (or the persons representing them) need to submit their ID cards and a letter from their organization to Bakcell Customer Care Centre representatives. Once the customers receive Asan İmza activated SIM, they will need to apply to the Asan Certification Services Centre of the Ministry of Taxes in order to activate the e-signature certificate.
