Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Tehran Nov. 1 to participate in the trilateral summit of the heads of state of Azerbaijan, Iran and Russia.
A guard of honor was lined up for President Aliyev at the Mehrabad International Airport of Tehran.
President Aliyev was welcomed by Iranian minister of economic affairs and finance, co-chair of the Azerbaijan-Iran intergovernmental commission, Masoud Karbasian, and other state and government officials.
