Incessant rains in Neftechala region led to submerging of some residential areas. The residents of these settlements were forced to leave their houses, the regional Trend correspondent reports.
The court-yards of both schools in the Banka settlement turned out under water, at the result of which the communication with the school was interrupted. Frequent power supply cessation impedes the permanent operation of pumps. At the result of lightning on 30 September tens of families could not watch TV programs.
