The First European Games in Baku have been organized at the highest level, Italian athlete Mauro Nespoli told Trend June 16.
The athlete said he liked Tofig Bahramov Stadium, where the archery events are being held.
Moreover, good conditions have been created in the Athletes Village.
The Italian athlete said he is confident of winning the ranking points for participation in Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
The athlete from Turkey Mete Gazoz said that the competitions at the European Games have been organized very well. Moreover, he expressed gratitude for the warm welcome in Baku.
The European Games t kicked off in Baku June 12 and will last till June 28.
There is a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports.
More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe will be representing their nations over 17 days of competition.
Baku was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012.
