The second day of competitions in beach volleyball within the framework of the first European Games starts June 17.
Men will join the competitions in beach volleyball on this second day.
Azerbaijani volleyball players Neilton Moises Santos and Iaroslav Rudykh, who are in H group, will be competing against volleyball players from the Czech Republic.
Another pair of Azerbaijani volleyball players - Leonid Gritsai and Bernardo Wermelinger Romano, who are in A group, will be competing with the Lithuanian athletes.
Azerbaijani female volleyball players will also play June 17. Azerbaijan's Iuliia Karimova and Raquel Goncalves Ferreira, who took the first place in H group after two matches, will be competing in the last group match against Czech female volleyball players.
In A group, Vivian Danielle Da Canceicao Cunha and Zinaida Lyubimova must beat female athletes from Lithuania to reach the next stage.
The European Games that kicked off in Baku June 12, will last till June 28.
There is a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports.
More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe will be representing their nations over 17 days of competition.
Baku was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012.
