Azercell Telecom - the leading mobile operator of Azerbaijan's communication market has always been paying a special attention to cooperation with media and once again launched English language courses for journalists. Within its Development Sharing Platform project the Company organized different professional and English language courses for journalists since 2006.

This successful project attracts 48 more journalists to join English language courses this year to be held again at "Kaspi" Education Center by a group of professional teachers. Azercell annually supports organization of the language courses that last for 6 months. Media representatives benefit from multi-level language training, where they get an extensive opportunity to improve and strengthen their knowledge on English grammar, as well as listening comprehension, speaking and writing.

Along with mastering English, two best students of the courses get a chance to improve their language skills further in London for two weeks. By organizing these courses, the company is supporting the development of media representatives and promoting their international relations.

We would like to remind, that throughout its operation Azercell Telecom has developed friendly and partnership relations with media. Azercell is the only mobile operator offering media representatives a tailored tariff - Mediacell. Currently the latter is one of the most popular tariffs of Azercell. In addition, up to date Azercell organized number of trainings, including the first ever course for media representatives, working in the country's regions. The Company invited prominent Turkish media experts Mr. Mehmet Binay and Ms. Ayzen Atalay to teach the course entitled "Writing and selling the best story", as well as famous US expert Deborra Potter to run training on "Business Journalism".
