The tariffs for cargo transportation in Azerbaijan's transport sector increased by 12.4 percent in Dec. 2015 compared to Nov., said the report of the country's State Statistics Committee posted on its website Jan. 13.
The tariffs for cargo transportation by air increased by 17 percent, while the tariffs for cargo transportation via railway by 15.6 percent during this period, the committee said.
In December, the tariffs for cargo transportation by sea increased by 18.1 percent.
In December, the tariffs for gas transportation through pipelines increased by 15.9 percent, while tariffs for oil transportation by 13.5 percent.
The tariffs for cargo transportation by road reduced by 1.1 percent in December.
