Official exchange rate of manat, Azerbaijani national currency, against the US dollar was set at 1.6008 manats/$1 for Jan. 29, said the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Jan. 28.
The average rate of manat was set following the interbank transactions on the Azerbaijani currency market, said the CBA.
Over $110 million, provided by the CBA, were sold to banks through auctions today.
