Vugar Mirheydarov has been appointed chief accountant of the Azerbaijani branch of Bank Melli Iran, the bank told Trend Aug. 4.
Mirheydarov succeeded Elkhan Rahimli on this post.
Earlier, Mirheydarov served as head of the finance department of Gunay Bank. He assumed his office August 1.
Azerbaijani branch of Bank Melli Iran was opened in 1993, and its authorized capital is 51.43 million manats. Bank Melli İran started its activities in 1928. Currently, the bank has 3,300 branches throughout Iran.
