“PR and communication before crisis” training supported by “Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku” and organized by APRA will be held for PR specialists in Baku on September 30.
The graduate of the US University of Maryland, head of PreMark PR and media consulting company Azer Nazarov will conduct the training.
The following themes will be touched during the training:
The correct communication during the crisis;
The required leadership skills for insurance against crisis;
Tactics for changing the negative opinion to positive;
Restoration of the reputation.
