The revenues of Azerbaijan’s telephone operator Baktelecom JSC, which is a part of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, amounted to about 63.291 million manats in 2018, Trend reports with reference to the company’s annual financial report.
This is by almost 7 percent less than last year, when revenues amounted to 67.945 million manats, according to the report.
The vast majority of revenues accounted for the main operating profit, which amounted to 63.289 million manats. Expenditures for the last year amounted to more than 57.074 million manats.
More than half of the amount accounted for operating expenses (29.140 million manats). Staff costs and depreciation expenses amounted to 16.725 million manats and 9.074 million manats, respectively.
About 508,000 manats were spent on materials, and other operating expenses amounted to 1.296 million manats. The share of financial costs accounted for more than 331,000 manats.
